Kanyadaan Matrimony Services reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to seek and obtain any other remedies available to it pursuant to any applicable laws and regulations or at equity as a result of your breach of these Terms of Service or any other act or omission by you that gives rise to a claim by Kanyadaan Matrimony Services.
Eligibility:This App is intended for Users between the ages of 18 and 88. By using this App, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and legal capacity to use this site. If at any time Kanyadaan Matrimony Services (in its sole discretion) has any reason to believe that you are not eligible to be a User or that you have made any misrepresentation, it reserves the right to deny you access to the App.
Personal Safety:We collect a lot of personally identifiable information from Users. However, all such information is safe with us. We will not disclose any of it to anybody, without your consent.
Similarly, we caution you to be extremely careful in exchanging personal and contact information with other Users.

By accessing this App, you agree to use any personal information provided to you by other Users of this App in a lawful and responsible manner. You further agree that you will not use personal information about other Users of this App for any reason, without the express prior consent of the User(s) who has provided such information to you.
Access and Proprietary Rights:Kanyadaan Matrimony Services owns and retains all proprietary rights in the App and the service it provides. The App contains copyrighted material, trademarks, and other such proprietary information.
Users are free to access only the information that is provided to them by the App, according to their membership status. The pages and content on this App may not be copied, distributed, modified, published, or transmitted in any other manner, including use for creative work or to sell or promote other products.
Any such act or attempted act on your part shall constitute a violation of these Terms of Service, and your membership is liable to be terminated by Kanyadaan Matrimony Services without refund of any of your unused Subscription fees.
Cancellations and Refunds:Users who no longer need the App's service can submit a profile deletion request form at any time. The request will be processed within five business days, subsequent to which the user's profile and account will be deleted from the Web site.
Kanyadaan Matrimony Services does not offer any refund of fees paid by users for access to value-added services, such as for premium subscription plans, contact packs, Talk Time packs, and Personal Introduction packs. Once a purchase is made, it is final and non-refundable, so as to deter abuse of the App.
Links:Users who no longer need the App's service can submit a profile deletion request form at any time. The request Kanyadaan Matrimony Services may contain links to other Apps. Kanyadaan Matrimony Services is not responsible for the accuracy, reliability or quality of any information or services provided or products sold at such sites. These links are featured here merely for your convenience. Kanyadaan Matrimony Services does not endorse any site not owned by it.
Notices and disclaimers:The products and services mentioned or promoted on the App, including password-protected information, may be changed by Kanyadaan Matrimony Services at any time, without notice.

Kanyadaan Matrimony Services does not assume any responsibility or liability for any illegal content posted on the App by any Users. All liability, whether civil or criminal, arising out of any such content that is posted on the App by any User(s) will be that of the User(s). Kanyadaan Matrimony Services reserves its right to claim damages, which it may suffer as a result of such actions, from such User(s).
Kanyadaan Matrimony Services expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for any transactions or interactions between its Users.
Laws and regulations:These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, U.S., without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
If there is any dispute about or involving the App and/or the service provided, you unconditionally agree that all such disputes and/or differences will be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Delaware only.
Unique and bona fide profile:By joining the App, you agree that you are a User for bona fide matchmaking purposes, either for yourself or somebody else.
Kanyadaan Matrimony Services closely monitors the activities at the App to ensure its integrity.
Commercial use prohibited:Any commercial endeavors on the App are strictly prohibited. This App is for your personal use only. Organizations, companies, and/or businesses may not join and use the App for any purpose.
No User would be allowed to do the following for commercial purposes:
- collect usernames and/or email addresses by any means
- send unsolicited email or use personally identifying information
link to the App
All such actions will be deemed illegal and/or unauthorized and investigated. Appropriate legal action will be taken, including without limitation, civil, criminal, and injunctive redress. Kanyadaan Matrimony Services may take reasonable steps, at its sole discretion, including limiting the numbers of emails you send or receive and electronically controlling or terminating your e-mail.
Kanyadaan Matrimony Services also reserves the right to deny use of the site at any time, for any reason, at its sole discretion.
Conduct:You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Users; you should conduct yourself civilly and respectfully. You agree that you shall not under any circumstances harass or make mischief against any other User of the App.
Kanyadaan Matrimony Services reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, what constitutes harassment or mischief, and where that has occurred. It may also at its sole discretion, partially or completely deny service to any User who harasses others. However, Kanyadaan Matrimony Services reserves the right to disclose such action to other members, including complainants.
